Visitors
Visitors must be pre-arranged and approved. We do not overcrowd our cottages, therefore you must contact us first and clear your intentions before inviting any visitors to join you during your stay. All visitors must register upon arrival and pay the applicable fee(s):
Day Only - $15 per person
Day + Overnight - $50 per person
Day visitors must leave premises by 9:00 pm
Pets
Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED - NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes visitors.
Deposit and Refund Policy
We require a $200.00 deposit per cottage and $100.00 per boat per week on booking (note: Personal cheques are accepted for deposit only, however, a valid credit card # must also be supplied). Balance is due upon arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard or debit only.
All deposits are non-refundable or transferable. Deposits on boats reserved and not taken will not be credited to your cottage reservation. We reserve the right to fully charge for cancelled boat rentals.
Last minute cancellations: If you cancel your reservation for any reason within 6 weeks of your scheduled arrival date, you will be responsible for the entire balance owing. Guests concerned with this policy should consider travel insurance.
