Deposit & Refund Policy

We require a $200.00 deposit per cottage and $100.00 per boat per week on booking (note: Personal cheques are accepted for deposit only, however, a valid credit card # must also be supplied). Balance is due upon arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard or debit only.

All deposits are non-refundable or transferable: Deposits on boats reserved and not taken will not be credited to your cottage reservation. We reserve the right to fully charge for cancelled boat rentals.

Last minute cancellations: If you cancel your reservation for any reason within 6 weeks of your scheduled arrival date, you will be responsible for the entire balance owing. Guests concerned with this policy should consider travel insurance.

- 401 East from Toronto to interchange 474 at Cobourg (Hwy. #45)

- turn left at Harwood Road (#15)

- turn right at the Gas Station in Harwood and take Young St. (1st Left)
